Adopting a School to Educate and Empower Children: Under this initiative, we propose to support 50+ ... students of Secondary level (Class 9th & 10th) in offline mode, while also extending online educational access to students from early grades up to Class 12. These students will benefit from structured academic support, digital learning tools, mentorship, and personal development programs designed to strengthen both their academic performance and life skills. Our Objective The primary objective of this initiative is to adopt a government or under-resourced school and provide consistent academic guidance, mentorship, and resource support to children, especially those from rural, economically weaker, and socially marginalized backgrounds. Our mission is to ensure that no child is deprived of quality education due to financial constraints, lack of infrastructure, or limited access to learning opportunities. Need of the Project Many government and rural schools face critical challenges such as inadequate teaching resources, lack of digital infrastructure, and shortage of trained educators. As a result: • Students often drop out early or fail to continue higher education. • Children from disadvantaged communities remain academically underprepared. • Girls face additional barriers due to early marriage and social constraints. • Migrant families and first-generation learners struggle with continuity in education. This initiative directly addresses these gaps by strengthening the foundational learning ecosystem. Target Beneficiaries • Economically Weaker Section (EWS) students • Girls from rural and traditional backgrounds • Children from government schools with poor infrastructure • Migrant and seasonal worker families • First-generation learners with no educational background at home Key Action Plan 1. Academic Support: • Qualified educators for online/offline teaching • Doubt-solving sessions and exam preparation support • Bilingual learning content (Hindi & English) 2. Infrastructure & Learning Resources: • Distribution of books, uniforms, stationery, and school bags • Establishment of digital classrooms and smart learning tools • Creation of a safe and motivating learning environment 3. Skill & Value-Based Education: • Digital literacy and spoken English training • Personality development and moral education • Career awareness and life skills workshops 4. Health & Nutrition Support: • Nutrition awareness and mid-day meal support enhancement • Health check-ups and hygiene kit distribution 5. Mentorship & Community Engagement: • Student mentorship by professionals and role models • Regular parent-teacher engagement sessions • Community awareness for sustained participation 6. Digital Learning Support (Foundation App): • Accessible education for students from LKG to Class 12 • Competitive exam preparation for NEET, JEE, RAS, Nursing, etc. • Support for school dropouts and rural learners • Affordable learning for low-income families 7.
