Campaign: My Home, My Work, My Future Duration: One Year Location: Rajasthan Home-Based Business Development and Training Sessions are organized to empower women and youth to become self-reliant. The objective of these sessions is to create self-employment opportunities that individuals can pursue from home, enabling them to start businesses aligned with their interests and skills. The training covers E-commerce and online business modules, including digital marketing, product sales, and customer management. Participants are also encouraged to explore small-scale cooking and bakery businesses, leveraging culinary skills to generate income. In addition, training in beauty parlor services and yoga opens doors for women to engage in the health and wellness sector. Specialized training is also provided to Anganwadi workers, enabling them to deliver better services to women and children in their communities. Skills in creating handmade items such as tailoring, embroidery, crafts, and decorative products are taught, along with techniques for selling them in local markets and online platforms. Furthermore, emphasis is given to freelancing opportunities, such as content writing, designing, tutoring, and other digital services, to help participants build income streams from home. This initiative is not just a step toward economic independence but also a significant effort to empower women and youth, fostering self-reliance and strengthening the social fabric.
